 Operating via Digital Platform by AEROTHAI

       With the experienced in providing radio communication service more than four decades, AEROTHAI is keen on and expert in radio communication system. AEROTHAI engineers are able to design and develop the application of transmitting message and data via radio communication system, especially Digital Trunked Radio System (DTRS) as of user requirement and along with the operating process. This application provides the users’ interconnect increasing the speed of communication, reduces operating time and miscommunication via voice. This is helpful for operators to set a plan and carry on the work in every step. They promptly hand over the job to other related sectors and increase their efficiency.

At the present, AEROTHAI designs and operates the application to support the airline operators at Suvarnabhumi International Airport and Don Mueang International Airport as follows:

 

iDEP 

Intelligent Departure Enhancement Program ( iDEP)

Is the departure flight management program which is able to transmit data, such as Target-off Block Time: TOBT and Target start Approval Time: TSAT via DTRS, to process and to inform the operators for Airport-Collaborative Decision Making (A-CDM).

JTRACK

Job Tracking Application (JTrack)

Is a result of collaborative work between AEROTHAI and Thai Airways International PLC to develop the application which traces the job activities among the ground handling service providers and flight operation center. This transmitted data via DTRS increases the ground management efficiency and aircraft operational readiness, which is faster than voice communication.

iTAF

Telematics & Fleet Management System is an application that supports and increases the efficiency of providing ground handling services. This application collects and tracks the related data and information via the Digital Trunked Radio System/ DTRS or Cellular System (LTE, 5G). Also, it receives information concerning the vehicle’s location and speed, driver’s behavior, and overall direction. Therefore, the operators in the Control Room will be informed when the driver drives in and out of the designated/ restricted area. AEROTHAI has designed and developed this system per users’ request to provide the efficiency in planning and managing fleet and related system to airlines, ground handling service providers, related aviation business, and petroleum and energy business.
