AEROTHAI is working with Rockwell Collins (formerly ARINC) from the United States and 14 partner countries: Australia, Brunei, Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Mongolia, Myanmar, New Zealand, the Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, and Vietnam - to provide airline operation control services (AOC) and air traffic services (ATS) between aircraft and ground stations with VHF data link through the Aircraft Communication Addressing and Reporting System (ACARS).
Network Systems Management
The Airline Network Operations Department at AEROTHAI is responsible for managing airline and ground station networks and is working with Rockwell Collins towards the improved management of airline communication networks - the stated objective of which is to achieve smooth, continuous and efficient airspace management in line with pre-established standards and guidelines. Further, towards this aim, the group is also working on developing airline communication networks within each partner country in order to support growth and to increase overall safety within the aviation sector in the region.

Background to GLOBALink Asia
AEROTHAI established the Network Operations Center (NOC) in 1998. From there the GLOBALink Asia project was born as a result of a collaboration between the company and Rockwell Collins and 14 partner countries.
The main objective of GLOBALink Asia project is to provide airline operations control (AOC) and air traffic services (ATS) between aircraft and ground stations with VHF data links using the Aircraft Communication Addressing and Reporting System (ACARS). Additionally, the GLOBALink Asia project provides services to all business operators who have ground stations with VHF data link networks in the Asia-Pacific region.
