Tuesday, 10 December 2019, Mr. Somnuk Rongthong, President of AEROTHAI, together with Mr. Li Qi Guo, Deputy Director General, Air Traffic Management Bureau (ATMB), CAAC, Republic of China, and Ms. Clotilde Enel-Rehel, General Manager, Commercial Aviation & Network Services, Avionics, Collins Aerospace, USA, attended the 3-Way GLOBALink / Asia Partners Meeting at the Hilton Singapore. This meeting has been held by all 3 parties which are airline data communications service providers in the Asia and Pacific region for over 20 years. Its objectives are to determine strategic plan in the airline data network services, to find optimal solutions for the users, and to provide the most effective service which keeps pace with current and future aviation communication technology. 
On this occasions, all 3 partners have mutual agreed and signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on Flight and Tarmac Solutions. This solution is to provide products and support services to all interested parties in ground and air operations by offering modern communication systems for aviation community along with the effective exchange of information to increase safety and efficiency. It is the first time the 3 GLOBALink partners will extend the services to go beyond air-to-ground communications, combining legacy systems with new enhancements to create collaborative decision-making environments.
