On October 28th 2021, Mr. Surachai Nuprom, Vice President (Office Of Business Development),  Mr. Udomsak Chaipet, Senior Director, Engineering Services Bureau, Mr. Wisit Mongkolsolos, Director, Radio Communications System Services Department, and AEROTHAI officers attended the meeting with Mr.Nattapong Pokairat, Managing Director of Ground Services (DG) and operation officers of Thai Airways International Public Company Limited to present the Intellegent Telematics and Fleet Management  (iTAF) which operated with JTrack (Job Tracking application) to manage the ground handling service. This is another step for developing our service and overall increasing ground handling operation efficiency in the airside. This application encourages the operation officers to plan and manage the resources of ground service, especially mobile/vehicle, reduce time in communication between involved parties and provide the operation smoothly.
