On Thursday, 11 December 2025, Mr. Surachai Nuprom, Acting President of Aeronautical Radio of Thailand Ltd. (AEROTHAI) and Mr. Joseph Yi Xia, General Manager of VariFlight Pte.Ltd. (VariFlight), co-chaired the signing ceremony of a Memorandum of Understanding between AEROTHAI and VariFlight on cooperation in developing an Airport Collaborative Decision Making (A-CDM) Solution for airport customers to expand new revenue streams. The ceremony took place at the 3rd floor conference room of the Administration Building, AEROTHAI.

The Memorandum of Understanding aims to jointly study the business feasibility of implementing the A-CDM Solution by leveraging AEROTHAI's capabilities in both personnel and technology to their full potential, combined with VariFlight's over 20 years of experience in aviation data application and solution development.

Furthermore, this collaboration aligns with the National Airspace and Air Navigation Master Plan 2022-2040 of the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT), with the objective of elevating airport management to achieve maximum efficiency and benefits.
