On August 25–26, 2026, in Changsha, People Republic of China, Mr. Surachai Nuprom, Executive Vice President and Acting President of Aeronautical Radio of Thailand Ltd. (AEROTHAI), co-chaired the 3-Way GLOBALink/Asia-Pacific Partners Meeting 2026 at the Grand Hyatt Changsha. The high-level meeting brought together key industry leaders, including Ms. Nicole White, Vice President and General Manager of Connected Aviation at Collins Aerospace from USA, and Mr. Chen Yuqing, President of Aviation Data Communication Corporation (ADCC, PRC), along with executive representatives from Air Traffic Management Bureau Civil Aviation Administration of China (ATMB CAAC).
During the event, AEROTHAI and Collins Aerospace jointly congratulated Mr. Chen Yuqing on his official appointment as the new President of ADCC, effective August 10, 2026. 

Strategic Collaboration & Regional Vision
The tri-party summit served as a strategic platform to align operational strategies for Aviation Data Communication Services, expand datalink network coverage across the Asia-Pacific region, streamline data sharing, and proactively address system and end-user operational challenges. 
Highlighting Thailand’s strategic roadmap, AEROTHAI presented six flagship technological projects designed to support the Thai Government’s policy of establishing Thailand as a World-Class Aviation Hub. Key takeaways from AEROTHAI’s presentation include: 
•    Infrastructure Excellence: Developing advanced Data Link technology as a critical future infrastructure to drive high-value growth in the aviation sector. 
•    Seamless Regional Connectivity: Enhancing Data Link’s coverage across Asia-Pacific to foster a connected, resilient, and safe digital airspace. 
Echoing AEROTHAI’s vision, Collins Aerospace reaffirmed its commitment to deepening strategic partnerships with Air Navigation Service Providers (ANSPs) across the Asia-Pacific region.
