On August 23, 2022, Aeronautical Radio of Thailand (AEROTHAI) by Mr. Surachai Nuprom, Vice President (Office of Business Development) along with management and operation officers, and Collin Aerospace by Mr. Boe Svatek, Programs Management, Avionics Systems Engineering has arranged the Urban Air Mobility: UAM Workshop to exchange the knowledge and experience concerning the new form of travel, which called the Urban Air Mobility. Today, UAM is an interesting business of the future. A concrete development of aviation technology for this type of travel will take place in 2-3 years. Currently, investment in UAM has continued to grow rapidly since 2021.

Collins Aerospace personnel are knowledgeable and in the process of developing UAM internationally. This leads the workshop to be helpful for AEROTHAI officers to gain knowledge and technology and the concept of service management, and the UAM communication network in Thailand and Asia-Pacific. To apply to domestic action plans for the preparation of providing a UAM service shortly as well as increase the perspective of being part of the supply chain in the development and production of the UAM system in Thailand as a government organization will be learned from this workshop. This is a good opportunity to build relationships with those who have experience in developing UAM.
