AEROTHAI reported a 25% increase in flights for 10 days after the reopening policy of the government on November 1 or about 900 flights for a day.
Mr. Tinnagorn Choowong said; “During 1-10 November, we provided air traffic services for 9,199 flights consisting of 2,243 international flights, 6,651 domestic flights and 1,025 overflying flights. The volume of flights is expected to rise further, especially tourism season in December this year to January next year. If there is no new wave of COVID-19, we estimated to serve 30,000-32,000 flights per month, or 10% from the beginning of November.
