AEROTHAI cooperated with partners in Asia and Pacific region to advance air traffic services for regional growth and strongly aimed to implement Green ATM for regional sustainability.

Mr. Nopasit Chakpitak, AEROTHAI President emphasized; “AEROTHAI hosted the meeting of Asia and Pacific ANSP Committee (AAC) meeting during 11 – 12 March 2025 at the Grand Center Point Hotel, Surawongse, Bangkok. I also worked as the Vice Chair and discussed with Air Navigation Service Providers (ANSPs) from various countries in the Asia and Pacific region to achieve Seamless Air Traffic Management. AEROTHAI fully supports the implementation of key regional initiatives and crucial projects such as Cross-Border ATFM Network, which is a collaborative system in the Asia-Pacific region where ANSPs work together to manage air traffic flow across borders. Moreover, AEROTHAI actively works on the Trajectory-Based Operations or TBO project, under the Global Air Traffic Management Operational Concept of ICAO. Under the TBO, ANSPs share information, jointly plan and optimize flight trajectory, with the goals to improve safety and efficiency, minimize delays, to reduce fuel burn and carbon emissions and to accommodate growing demands. Additionally, we prepare for Flight and Flow Information for a Collaborative Environment (FF-ICE), which is a system designed by ICAO to enable a collaborative sharing of flight data among air traffic management stakeholders, allowing for better coordination and decision-making during all phases of a flight, leading to improve efficiency and situational awareness across the airspace.” On this momentous occasion, AEROTHAI has announced the willingness to join CANSO Green ATM Accreditation Program.
