Role and Responsibilities

  • Air Traffic Management comprising Air traffic Service (ATS), Airspace Management (ASM), and Air Traffic Flow Management (ATFM) within the Bangkok Flight Information Region (Bangkok FIR)
  • Aeronautical Communications, Navigation, and Surveillance (CNS) System/Services and
  • Instrument Flight Procedure Design (IFPD).
Additionally, AEROTHAI is designated as Thailand’s International Notice to Airmen (NOTAM) Office (NOF) in support of Aeronautical Information Service Headquarters; the service also includes some functions of Pre-flight Information Service. Moreover, we also provide other related aeronautical services to airline operators, and other work assigned by the government.
