There is no fee to attend the workshop and the welcome dinner. However, participants are responsible for their own transportation, accommodation, and insurance costs.

Yes, participants can download all workshop materials from this website after completed registration and login.

You can register by filling out the registration form on our website. 

Yes, you will be able to cancel your registration via a link within confirmation email or directly from the system after login into our website. Should you require any assistance, please contact us via nextwaveapac@aerothai.co.th

If you're a registered user and having trouble signing in, you can reactivate your account by resetting your password. The option to reset your password is available on the login page.

The registration process requires AEROTHAI approval for delegates to have full access to the workshop website. AEROTHAI receives a list of registered users and will provide an approval list, which is then processed by the website administrators. 

The approval process typically takes within 1 week.

Yes, login into our website and choose edit profile to update your personal information and resubmit. Or Just contact the registration team at nextwaveapac@aerothai.co.th and specify which fields you would like to correct.

Participants are advised to contact the hotels directly to make their reservations. Please ensure that bookings are completed by the end of January 2025. A list of recommended hotels is in the meeting bulletin.
